The design of this mixed use development is the result of the revision of the original master plan through consultation with Bermello Ajamil & Partners Inc., an award winning design and project delivery firm and local stakeholders. This second phase of real estate development will be anchored by a new 54 slip full service marina accommodating vessels up to 200 feet in length. The marina village will include a boutique hotel, commercial and residential condominiums, structured parking, a waterfront promenade and outdoor landscaped recreation areas. A second cruise ship berth is now under construction and should be completed in 2019. This facility will accommodate the largest.
